Pyunik cruise to convincing victory over Marsaxlokk

Pyunik made an excellent start to their UEFA Conference League campaign, defeating Malta's Marsaxlokk 3:0 away from home in the first leg of the first qualifying round.

Momo Yansane opened the scoring in the 41st minute. Artak Dashyan doubled the Yerevan club's advantage six minutes into the second half, before Mykhailo Kovalenko sealed the victory with a goal in the 65th minute.

The return leg will be played on July 19 at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.
