Urartu and Noah win without conceding

In a first match from round 8 of the Armenian Premier League, Urartu defeated Gandzasar 3:0 away from home.

Miguel Cardoso opened the scoring in the 17th minute, before Velosa Miguel doubled the advantage. In the 33rd minute, Arman Ghazaryan completed the scoring.

The team coached by Robert Arzumanyan is sixth in the standings with 11 points. Gandzasar are second from bottom with three points.

In the other match of the round, Noah recorded their eighth consecutive victory. Pablo Garcia’s team defeated Van 2:0.

Marko Lazetic opened the scoring in the 66th minute. Nine minutes later, Helder Ferreira secured the hosts’ final victory.

Noah have increased their tally to 24 points and top the standings with a 100 percent record. Van are 10th with four points.
