APL. Ararat-Armenia record third consecutive victory

The third round of the Armenian Premier League is underway.

Defending champions Ararat-Armenia scored twice without reply against Van at home, securing their third consecutive victory in the current championship.

Alioune Ndour opened the scoring in the 47th minute, netting his third goal of the season. One minute before the end of regular time, Arayik Eloyan sealed the Yerevan side’s victory.

It was the Armenian midfielder’s second goal in the Armenian Premier League. Manuel Tulipa’s side remain top of the table with a perfect record.

Van, with three consecutive defeats, are at the bottom of the table alongside Ararat and Syunik.
