FC Noah secures place in UEFA Conference League league stage
In a thrilling second-leg match of the UEFA Conference League qualifying playoffs, "Noah" faced off against Slovakian cup winners "Ruzomberok." Despite suffering a 1-3 defeat, "Noah" advanced to the league stage on aggregate.
The match began with Slovak midfielder Oliver Lutheran scoring in the 10th minute, giving "Ruzomberok" an early lead. Jan Hladik then doubled their advantage just before halftime. The Slovaks continued their strong performance in the second half, with Martin Boda converting a penalty kick to make it 3-0.
However, "Noah" showed resilience and struck back in the 88th minute with a crucial goal by substitute striker Mateus Ayas: 1-3. Despite intense pressure from "Ruzomberok" in the final minutes, "Noah" held firm and, for the first time in the club's history, earned a place in the UEFA Conference League league stage.
